Park Hyatt Aviara Resort, Golf Club & Spa opened in 1997 and is set on more than 200 acres in the coastal hills of Carlsbad, California, overlooking the Batiquitos Lagoon and Pacific coastline. Originally opened as a Four Seasons resort before becoming a Park Hyatt in 2010, the property underwent an extensive transformation completed in 2023. With 327 rooms, including 43 suites, the resort blends contemporary Southern California luxury with a relaxed coastal atmosphere, featuring spacious accommodations, landscaped grounds, and sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. Its championship Arnold Palmer-designed golf course, expansive spa, multiple pools, and collection of restaurants and bars create a comprehensive resort experience centered around relaxation, recreation, and the natural beauty of Southern California.
